Working with you to find the best solutions for your unique business.
Flexibility is important to small-medium businesses, so I structure my time and expertise to exactly what your business needs - I am not obliged to fit your needs into a prescribed template.
Costs are charged according to agreed terms and conditions that fit your needs, budget and ability to pay.
Here's the approach I take:
01. Learn
Join me for a free, one hour, initial session. This is an opportunity for me to learn about you and your business and for you to understand me, my skills, experience and process.
02. Report
From our initial session, I will write a detailed report to confirm my understanding of your business goals and the risks you need guidance through.
03. Proposal
Based on the report, I will then create a tailored proposal including an action plan of what I can do for you, associated costs, timing and process.
04. Review
Through regular reviews, we will track progress against the planned objectives, and create new navigation paths as your business grows.
Once we have been met your initial goals, we can look towards the future and set new milestones for you and your business to work towards.
